NUEVAS PASANTÍAS EN BROMATOLOGÍA

El área de Bromatología de la Municipalidad de Devoto recibió este jueves a estudiantes de la Tecnicatura en Industrias de los Alimentos del  IPET 89, que desarrollarán en ese ámbito sus prácticas profesionalizantes.

 

En esta jornada inicial de trabajo los estudiantes Martín Lescano y Gimena Ramos fueron recibidos por la titular del área, Mariel Righero quien les brindó una charla informativa introductoria, repasando conceptos del Código Alimentario Argentino.

Los pasantes cumplirán tareas de capacitación y formación en ambiente de trabajo, dos días a la semana durante 5 horas diarias. Según explicó Righero, la acompañarán a inspeccionar locales, comercios de alimentos, carnicerías y lugares de elaboración y producción. Trabajarán, además con carnets sanitarios y habilitaciones de nuevos comercios, entre otras cuestiones.

No se descarta diagramar en conjunto, alumnos, escuela y municipio, alguna campaña de concientización, como por ejemplo un Programa de Manos Limpias.
