La obra del canal de desagüe de Colonia Malbertina está en marcha. Ayer martes, en la primera jornada de trabajo, se avanzaron unos 600 metros, y hoy se continúa. Se estima que este sistema de canalización, imprescindible para el desagote del sector rural noreste de Devoto, estará listo en unos 25 días.

Inmediatamente después, se avanzará con la canalización para el desagote de Colonia Amalia.

En esta primera etapa la Empresa Ankaloo está trabajando con una sola máquina, aunque no se descarta sumar otra para dinamizar la tarea.

A esta buena noticia para la gente de Colonia Malbertina, se le suma otro factor positivo: en estos últimos días se verifica una baja en el nivel del agua, atribuible al viento sur y el clima más seco, lo que ha traído alivio a los vecinos del sector.

Cabe destacar que, en paralelo al movimiento de tierras, el Consorcio Canalero ha contactado a la gente que tiene que instalar el sistema de bombeo, para que comiencen también con su labor.
