NETBOOKS GRATUITAS PARA 75 ALUMNOS DEL IPET 89

El IPET 89 Paula Albarracín recibió este lunes 75 netbooks gratuitas del Programa Juana Manso, dependiente del Ministerio de Educación de la Nación. Los equipos fueron asignados a todos los alumnos que cursan 2° año en el establecimiento. La entrega se realizó en la misma jornada, previa firma de la documentación correspondiente, con los padres y los estudiantes.

El Programa Juana Manso cumple una función similar al viejo “Conectar Igualdad”. Contempla una fuerte inversión económica, por parte del Gobierno Nacional para distribuir computadoras gratuitas, que permitan el acceso a la tecnología, por parte de los estudiantes de las escuelas públicas.

La elección de las instituciones educativas y los alumnos beneficiarios es realizada por las propias autoridades, considerando diferentes contextos de vulnerabilidad social.

Los equipos entregados este lunes en el IPET 89 son modernos, dinámicos, gratuitos y están dotados con el sistema operativo Huayra 5.0, desarrollado por el Estado Nacional. Esto permite a los estudiantes acceder a más de 1000 recursos educativos y a 102 aplicaciones abiertas y gratuitas,  incluyendo entornos de programación, herramientas de diseño y edición.
